Intervention 1: Intervention group: 66 people who received 5 mg of letrozole tablets daily. Intervention 2: Control group: 66 people receiving 10 mg of medroxyprogesterone tablets daily.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premenopausal women who complain of abnormal vaginal bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and breastfeeding women Menopausal women Known sensitivity or intolerance to the medications used

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Endometrial pathology, which can be simple hyperplasia or proliferative endometrium. Timepoint: Three months after therapeutic intervention. Method of measurement: Repeat biopsy and normalization of endometrial pathology.;Measuring endometrial thickness. Timepoint: Three months after therapeutic intervention. Method of measurement: Repeat ultrasound and check for reduced endometrial thickness.
