Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lateral epicondylitis according to the initial diagnosis of an orthopedic specialist Average duration of pain more than 3 months The person's pain should be in the range of 3 to 7 on the VAS scale Patients should not have had topical steroid injections in the past two months No history of upper limb surgery in the past year Voluntary consent of subjects to participate in the study Subjects should be non-athletes or non-professionals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with severe spinal deformities in the back, neck, and shoulders People with shoulder impingement syndrome, biceps tendon lesions, rotator cuff tears, labrum injuries, pectoralis major muscle paralysis, and acromioclavicular joint dislocation were excluded from the study. Patients with neurological disease or rheumatoid arthritis may be excluded from the study.
