Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant mothers visiting comprehensive health service centers one month before delivery No significant pregnancy or medical complications No high-risk pregnancies in participants Ability to speak Persian Having a smartphone Acceptance to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having mental health problems Failure to complete the online self-efficacy questionnaire (Porsline)
