Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men and women between the ages of 18 and 70 Primary complaint of back pain for at least 3 months and the diagnosis of chronic non-specific back pain Score of at least 3 out of 10 on the visual pain scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Radicular or neuropathic pain Specific diseases that cause pain such as infection, vertebral fracture, neoplastic diseases or spinal tumors Rheumatological diseases Inflammatory diseases and fibromyalgia The presence of severe nerve symptoms and pain (central or peripheral) Spinal stenosis Spondylolisthesis Heart disease Mental illness Pregnancy or childbirth within the past six months People who have had a history of spinal surgery or are scheduled for surgery Receiving physiotherapy treatments in the six months prior to the evaluation period Contraindications to physical activity
