Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Amateur female volleyball players with scapular dyskinesis Having a body mass index within the normal range (BMI between 19 and 25) Absence of shoulder girdle dysfunction or injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of severe musculoskeletal disorders in the upper limb (including forward head posture, forward shoulder posture, kyphosis, scoliosis .Adhesive capsulitis and any atrophy in the scapular muscle region Presence of any neurological disease affecting muscle strength and consequently the range of motion of the upper limb History of injuries such as dislocation or fracture in any of the shoulder girdle bones Any prior shoulder surgery or presence of any bodily abnormality affecting the study process
