Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate nursing students at Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Iran Currently studying in the fifth semester Taking a general entrepreneurship course for the intervention group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than 4 sessions (consecutive or alternating) Incomplete filling of more than 10% of the questionnaires Participate in similar training workshops

Psychological capital score in the Luthans questionnaire (24-144). Timepoint: Before the intervention begins (Baseline), Immediately after the intervention ends (Posttest). Method of measurement: Psychological capital score: Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaire (consisting of 24 questions with a 6-point Likert scale, total score 24 to 144).;Self-esteem score in the Rosenberg questionnaire (10-40). Timepoint: Before the intervention begins (Baseline), Immediately after the intervention ends (Posttest). Method of measurement: .Self-esteem score: Rosenberg Self-Esteem Questionnaire (consisting of 10 questions with a 4-point Likert scale, total score 10 to 40).;Entrepreneurial readiness score in the 16-question questionnaire (5-point Likert scale). Timepoint: Before the intervention begins (Baseline), Immediately after the intervention ends (Posttest). Method of measurement: Entrepreneurial readiness score: Entrepreneurial readiness questionnaire (consisting of 16 questions with a 5-point Likert scale).
