Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obtaining a score lower than 29 on the revised version of the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) Obtaining a score lower than 26 on the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) Obtaining a score higher than 90 on the Raven's Progressive Matrices Test Obtaining a score higher than 99 on the Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS) Obtaining a score of 2 or lower on the Snaith-Hamilton Pleasure Scale (SHAPS) No history of neurological or psychiatric disorders, and no current medication use Having motivation to modify problematic smartphone usage behavior Providing informed consent to participate in the study Age between 18 and 30 years Education level of bachelor’s degree or higher
