Intervention group 1: they were exposed to existential group therapy for 8 sessions.Intervention group 2: they were exposed to psychoeducation group therapy for 8 sessions.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender: Female adolescents Age:between 13 and 15 yers Inform consent obtained from both the adolescent and her legal guardian physical and psychological ability to participate in group therapy sessions Scoring average or above on standardized measures of identity crisis,mental health, or resilience (indicating need for intervention) No receiving concurrent psychological interventions similar to those in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with severe psychiatric disorders(e.g, psychosis, sever bipolar disorder, autism, etc.) Currently on unstable psychiatric medication(initiated or dosage changed within the past month) Missing more than two therapy sessions Significant cognitive impairments interfering with understanding of therapy content Participation in similar psychological interventions in the past few months Ongoing acute family crises preventing consistent participation (e.g.,active divorce,domestic abuse,etc.)

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of mental health. Timepoint: the questionnaire were administered at the beginning of the study,after the intervention and three months following the intervention. Method of measurement: GHQ mental health questionnaire,Osman Suicide resilience questionnaire, Ahmadi identify crisis questionnaire,Wisconsin test.;Improvement of Suicide resilience. Timepoint: the questionnaire were administered at the beginning of the study,after the intervention and three months following the intervention. Method of measurement: Resilience Inventory -25 or SRI-25.;Mitigating identity crisis. Timepoint: the questionnaire were administered at the beginning of the study,after the intervention and three months following the intervention. Method of measurement: Improvement of executive functions.;The questionnaire were administered at the beginning of the study,after the intervention and three months following the intervention. Timepoint: the questionnaire were administered at the beginning of the study,after the intervention and three months following the intervention. Method of measurement: Wisconsin Card Sorting Test or WCST.
