Intervention 1: “Intervention Group”: The present clinical trial study will be conducted on 60 permanent first molars in children aged 6 to 13 years referring to the pediatric department of Ilam Denta

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children over 6 years of age with at least two erupting permanent molar all children will have at least one decayed permanent first molar with multiple levels of decay and one healthy permanent first molar on the opposite side willing to participate in the study and continue with follow up visits Clinically and radiologically confirmed dental caries up to the middle third of dentin (score two or three using the Elkstrand radiographic examination criteria)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative patient (Frankel Behavior Rating Scale Grade 1 and 2 patients) Patients with partially erupted permanent first molars or fully erupted teeth without teeth on the opposite side Children with systemic problems, periodontal disease, unilateral chewing habits, and allergies to local anesthetics or nickel
