Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: no clinical signs of inflammation or obvious sores in the mouth absence of autoimmune disease or any disease that requires the use of coticosteroids starting inhaled corticosteroids at the same time as starting the plan
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: problems with mental health conditions unwillingness to continue research not rinsing your mouth regularly
