Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not using chemical or herbal anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications, Refraining from using perfumes or colognes during the intervention period, Having no history of allergies, migraines, asthma, liver, or kidney diseases No substance addiction Olfactory health confirmed by an otolaryngologist Not using analgesics during the study, No sensitivity to rosemary No additional employment Not caring for a psychiatric patient or an elderly individual at home No history of a significant loss or traumatic event (PTSD) in the past few months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experiencing respiratory problems during the research Contracting a cold or any condition affecting the sense of smell, and
