Instrument: air turbine handpiece. Intervention 2: Group 2 :Surgical Handpiece
Speed: 30,000 RPM
Instrument: surgical micromotor handpiece.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring esthetic crown lengthening surgery on at least two symmetrical maxillary anterior teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 18 or over 60 Systemic disease classified as ASA II or higher Chronic or acute periodontal diseases Inflammation or bleeding upon probing in surgical sites Contraindications for elective periodontal surgery History of hypersensitivity to NSAIDs Use of analgesics in the 24 hours prior to surgery Use of bisphosphonates, alcohol, or tobacco Presence of bone-resorptive diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Post-operative pain intensity at 6, 24, and 48 hours with Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Timepoint: At 6, 24, and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale (VAS).
