Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Student studying medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences Interest in collaborating to conduct the study Obtaining consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with underlying joint diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis People with physical problems that limit a person's physical activity
