Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being within the age range of 20 to 50 years A score of 16 or higher on the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) Willingness to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of any diagnosable psychiatric or physical disorder, based on self-report or clinical referral Receipt of any psychiatric treatment in the past six months History of substance or alcohol abuse Undergoing any brain surgery
