Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Widowed women with children Participants aged between 30 and 50 years Scoring 25 or higher on the Inventory of Complicated Grief (ICG) Having experienced grief within the past 1 to 2 years Informed consent to participate in the study Basic literacy skills (reading and writing) sufficient for participating in training sessions and completing study instruments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of a severe psychiatric disorder (e.g., psychosis or bipolar disorder) based on self-report or clinical referral History of drug abuse or alcohol dependence

MeasureTime frame
The percentage of individuals whose score on the Complicated Grief Questionnaire is above 25. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and after its completion. Method of measurement: Prigerson and Maciejewski Complicated Grief Questionnaire.
