Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Amateur soccer players with patellofemoral pain syndrome Pain between 3 to 7 in visual analog scale during activity Getting at least score of 3 in manual muscle testing of hip abductors and knee extensors Males with age range of 18 to 35 No history of surgery or acute injury of knee, hip, lumbar and ankle in past 6 months Active in at least 2 soccer training sessions per week
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any injury or surgery in lumbar, hip, knee or ankle in past 6 months Neurological disorders like Multiple sclerosis Visual or vestibular disorders Any disease which would affect balance and performance Out of Body mass index normal range
