Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be at least 18 to 45 years old Confirmation of the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease by a cardiologist Consent to participate in research Ability to read and write Not having any physical disability that would prevent participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discontinuation of therapy sessions Not completing questionnaires
