Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient must be over 18 years old. The patient has been on dialysis for at least 3 months. The patient must have at least 3 dialysis sessions per week. The patient must have at least 4 hours of dialysis in 1 session.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute renal failure Patients with dialysis intolerance The patient is not a permanent resident of Hamadan city. Patients with acute heart failure and active infectious diseases

MeasureTime frame
The urea reduction ratio (URR) which will be calculated by dividing the difference between urea before and after dialysis by urea before dialysis. Timepoint: Two dialysis sessions 48 hours apart. Method of measurement: Iranian Aria Teb Firuz dialysis machine and German B-Braun dialysis machine.;Dialysis adequacy is calculated by the formula KT/V (K: dialyzer clearance of urea, t: dialysis time, V: volume of distribution of urea). Timepoint: Two dialysis sessions 48 hours apart. Method of measurement: Two dialysis sessions 48 hours apart.
