Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient must be over 18 years old. The patient has been on dialysis for at least 3 months. The patient must have at least 3 dialysis sessions per week. The patient must have at least 4 hours of dialysis in 1 session.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute renal failure Patients with dialysis intolerance The patient is not a permanent resident of Hamadan city. Patients with acute heart failure and active infectious diseases

| The urea reduction ratio (URR) which will be calculated by dividing the difference between urea before and after dialysis by urea before dialysis. Timepoint: Two dialysis sessions 48 hours apart.
