Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A patient who has just been diagnosed with a disease. 2. Definitive confirmation of the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by a specialist physician 3. Age group 60 years and above 4. Visiting Shahid Rahimi and Nomadic Martyrs Government Hospitals 5. Having at least basic literacy skills 6. Willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend more than two training sessions. The patient is undergoing similar training and intervention. Occurrence of acute illness or any other new illness during the study
