Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People 65 years and older. Hallux valgus angle greater than 15 degrees in the big toe of both feet measured by the mentioned measurement method. Have had at least one fall in the past 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The presence of another disorder or disease that leads to balance problems, such as amputation of a limb or limbs, diabetic neuropathy, stroke, cerebellar problems. Presence of active ulcers on the legs that can be seen by visual examination. At least 5 out of 10 points on the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire. Having a deviation or length difference in the lower limbs or spine (knees crossed or braced, equinox, scoliosis or kyphosis of the spine). Dizziness or other vestibular disorders reported by the elderly. Untreated vision problems reported by the elderly. History of lower limb surgery in the past 6 months. Need to use a cane within 12 meters while walking.
