Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 to 65 years old Patients with lumbar fusion surgery ASA1 AND ASA2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Addiction Allergy to steroids Previous spinal surgery Diabetes Heart disease Hypertension Corticosteroid injection in the previous three months
