Intervention 1: Intervention group : The surgeon poures 40 mg (1 cc) of triamcinolone, that was diluted up to 10 cc with normal saline, on the dura mater under sterile conditions, At the end of lumb

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 to 65 years old Patients with lumbar fusion surgery ASA1 AND ASA2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Addiction Allergy to steroids Previous spinal surgery Diabetes Heart disease Hypertension Corticosteroid injection in the previous three months

Measure	Time frame
The average pain intensity with the Visual Analogue Scale in people undergoing lumbar fusion surgery determins and comparisons . Timepoint: At the time of entrance to recovery after surgery and then every ten minutes until discharge from recovery. Method of measurement: Based on Visual Analogue Scale.	—
