Conditions

Patient with bilateral posterior complete or partial edentulism of the mandible requiring horizontal (width less than 6.5 mm) and vertical (height less than 10 mm) reconstruction. Presence of tooth-root and mandibular implants

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: On the intervention side, sticky bone will be used. To prepare sticky bone , 10 ml of the patients blood is centrifuged at 700 rpm for 3 minutes before surgery, and

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Examination of soft tissue changes. Timepoint: Soft tissue assessments will be performed at baseline (before the intervention) and 1 week later. Method of measurement: Soft tissue indices (Landry, TurnBull and Howley index and Early Healing Index).;Examination of hard tissue changes. Timepoint: Bone changes will be assessed at baseline (before the intervention) and 6 months later. Method of measurement: Evaluation of the rate of vertical and horizontal bone regeneration after surgery with the help of CBCT.
