Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being older than 18. Having an HbA1c value of greater than 7%. Having been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes at least 6 months ago. Being literate. Volunteering to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to participate in this study. absence from at least two education session.
