Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute median nerve injury in the distal forearm (wrist) Age between 20 and 60 years and stable general condition without uncontrolled systemic disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women History of malignancy, brain and peripheral nervous system diseases Patients have systemic and autoimmune blood disorders, kidney, liver, and heart problems, and severe birth defects Have taken suppressive medications in the past three months
