Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent and willingness to participate in the study Age 60 years and older Ability to read and write Type 2 diabetes diagnosed by a specialist doctor and at least one year has passed since the diagnosis Access to an advanced mobile phone and the ability to use it (to participate in the virtual group that will be formed on one of the virtual messengers)

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Participate in similar training sessions and programs

Diabetes self-care behavior score in the Tobert questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention begins and immediately after the intervention ends. Method of measurement: Tobert Diabetes Self-Care Behavior Questionnaire.;Levels of metabolic indicators in blood tests. Timepoint: Before the intervention begins and immediately after the intervention ends. Method of measurement: Blood test (Fasting blood sugar, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and total cholesterol).
