Inclusion criteria: Enrollment in the 8th semester of the undergraduate nursing program Willingness to participate in research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students suffering from severe mental health issues Absence from a single training session or incomplete completion of the questionnaires Extended absence due to academic leave or transfer to other universities as a guest student
