Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with frontal, temporal, and parietal lobe contusions without skull base fractures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients under 15 years of age or over 70 years of age It is not possible to obtain informed consent from the legal representative or their family members. Or have other major organ injuries such as burns, abdominal injuries, or chest injuries Those with previous chronic diseases such as chronic renal failure, iron deficiency anemia, coronary heart disease, severe liver disease, or G6PD deficiency will be excluded from the study. Have hemoglobin above 13 grams per deciliter or hematocrit above 50 percent. Patients with a history of DVT
