Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: They have undergone coronary artery bypass graft surgery for the first time. Must be a native Persian speaker Must have at least basic literacy Must be Iranian Should not have participated in similar educational programs Clinically stable patients without any acute illnesses Be in the age range of 30 to 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Has an underlying condition that prevents speech and understanding, including cognitive, visual, and sensory-motor diseases such as severe depression, mental retardation, and Parkinson's, based on file information. Have any organ defects. Have experienced any serious stressful event in the past six months.

Adherence score from the Modanloo Treatment Adherence Questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention begins), Immediately after the study begins (immediately after the intervention is completed), and Two months after the study begins (two months after the intervention starts).
