Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 15 and 50 years 2. Multiparous 3. Being literate 4. Breastfed infant 5. Singleton, healthy, full-term infant 6. Gestational age 28 to 30 weeks according to last menstrual period and ultrasound 7. Being in a low-risk group for prenatal care 8. Mothers with a history of unsuccessful breastfeeding according to the patient for reasons such as perceived low milk supply, during breastfeeding, anxiety and stress, inability of the mother to self-report, emotional factors such as stress, anxiety or feeling unsupported, early return to work after childbirth 9. Mothers must have had their last breastfeeding experience in the past 1-2 years 10. Having a mobile phone 11. Resident of Masjed-e-Suleiman County
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nulliparous mothers 2. Disease in the mother or infant that prohibits breastfeeding. 3. Current drug or alcohol abuse 4. Abnormal stress resulting from adverse life events such as the death of a spouse or family member 5. Absolute and relative contraindications to breastfeeding, such as HIV-positive individuals.
