Intervention 1: Intervention group: Under the treatment of L-carnitine daily one gram in addition to Antipsychotic. Intervention 2: Control group: Antipsychotic treatment with placebo.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with schizophrenia Age group 25 to 50 years Not having other psychiatric diseases and mental retardation Not having other chronic internal diseases or chronic or acute neurological diseases Not receiving any type of antidepressant or anticonvulsant Lack of dependence on alcohol and other substances Are not pregnant Not during breastfeeding
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In case of the onset of any type of internal, neurological or psychiatric disease after entering the study Refusal to continue cooperation The occurrence of any type of drug allergy
