Conditions

Condition 1: Type 2 diabetes. Condition 2: Evaluation of inflammatory gene expression in patients with type 2 diabetes. Other specified diabetes mellitus with hyperosmolarity

Interventions

Intervention 1: In this study, 108 patients with type 2 diabetes referred to Razi Hospital in Ghaemshahr will be selected. Patients will be included in the study based on the criteria of the Diabetes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals in groups under drug treatment include the second type of diabetes that is confirmed by a physician (a few weeks after diagnosis of diabetes). and maximum HBA1C equivalent to 8.5. lack of malignancy such as cancer in the early stages of both men and women in both groups. Willingness to cooperate in designing and completing the written questionnaire, not taking corticosteroids. Absence and confirmation of autoimmunity, no use of antipsychotic medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness or inability to participate in the study. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) (greater than 60). Pregnant women Definitive diagnosis of cancer at any stage Autoimmune disease Use of corticosteroids and antipsychotic drugs

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Decreased blood sugar (glucose) levels. Timepoint: Twice a day for 12 weeks. Method of measurement: Blood sugar level measurement kit.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood biochemical indicators and inflammatory gene expression measurement. Timepoint: twice a day for 12 weeks. Method of measurement: Biochemical assay kits and methods - PCR.
