Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of bipolar disorder based on structured psychiatric interview (SCID) in a first degree family member , according to diagnostic criteria revised fourth edition of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Have a mobile phone personally or in the family in order to participate in the program Be over 18 years old Be a First degree family member (wife, child, parent, sister or brother) Be literate in reading and writing Willing to participate in the study Can use a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Is graduated in the fields of medical sciences Has a history of serious physical illness, and known mental disorder

MeasureTime frame
Treatment adherence. Timepoint: Before the intervention, three month after the intervention, and six months after the intervention. Method of measurement: The Medication Adherence Questionnaire (MAQ).
