Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female students in the second grade of secondary school Major depressive disorder according to DSM-5 criteria People whose Beck Depression Score was above the average of 11 Subject's failure to participate in other educational or therapeutic interventions concurrently Subjects must not have psychological problems affecting cognitive functions as diagnosed by a school psychologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any hormonal disorders, such as hypothyroidism or polycystic ovary syndrome Having any significant psychological illness (such as personality disorder, major depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.)

MeasureTime frame
Academic vitality. Timepoint: Academic happiness lasts for two months before the intervention begins and after. Method of measurement: In the present study, it is the score that an individual obtains from responding to the Student Academic Happiness Questionnaire, Kamal Mohajer et al. (1400).;Cognitive distortion. Timepoint: Cognitive distortions persisted before the intervention began and for two months afterward. Method of measurement: In the present study, it is the score that an individual obtains from responding to the Interpersonal Cognitive Distortions Scale (ICDS) by Hamamchi and Buyuk Ozturk (2004).;Asking for help. Timepoint: The help-seeking process lasts for two months before the intervention begins and afterwards. Method of measurement: In the present study, it is the score that an individual obtains from responding to the Ryan and Pentrich (1997) Help-Seeking Behavior Questionnaire.;Social competence. Timepoint: Social competence lasts for two months before the intervention begins and afterwards. Method of measurement: In the present study, it is the score that an individual obtains from responding to the social competence scale of Cohen and Rossman (1972).
