Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ability to communicate verbally in Persian Diagnosis of cancer Minimum age of 18 years or older No participation in similar programs At least three months have passed since the start of chemotherapy No psychological services received in the last three months No significant stressful life events (e.g., the death of a first-degree relative, severe illness of a family member, financial bankruptcy, accident, or major marital conflict) in the last six months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to comprehend the Persian language Unwillingness to participate in the study
