Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to communicate verbally Diagnosis of cancer Minimum age of 18 years or older At least 3 months since starting chemotherapy treatment No major stress events in the last 6 months (such as the death of a first-degree relative, severe family illness, financial bankruptcy, accident, or severe marital conflict No participation in similar programs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Inability to understand or speak Persian
