Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women who are candidates for IVF Having frozen blastocysts with good quality for transfer Having regular menstrual cycles Having normal uterine cavity Having normal ovarian reserve Age between 18 to 42 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recurrent pregnancy loss Contraindication to progesterone use Having medical conditions affecting fertility or pregnancy (active pelvic inflammatory disease, stage III or IV endometriosis, hydrosalpinx, uterine abnormalities) Having a spouse with severe male factor infertility

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: Week 6-7 of pregnancy (after embryo transfer). Method of measurement: Transvaginal ultrasound to observe gestational sac with fetal heartbeat.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Miscarriage rate. Timepoint: Until week 24 of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Recording cases of pregnancy loss before week 24 of pregnancy.;First trimester bleeding rate. Timepoint: During the first trimester of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Recording cases of vaginal bleeding during the first trimester of pregnancy.;Multiple pregnancy rate. Timepoint: Week 6-7 of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Transvaginal ultrasound to observe the number of gestational sacs.;Implantation rate. Timepoint: Two weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Ratio of number of gestational sacs to the number of transferred blastocysts.;Ongoing pregnancy rate. Timepoint: Week 12 of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Ultrasound to observe live fetus at week 12 of pregnancy.
