Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly women in the age range of 60 to 75 years The distance between the two medial femoral epicondyles is between 5 and 7.5 centimeters (Grade 3 genu varum/bowlegs). Failure to participate in physical therapy and regular exercise activities for at least the past six months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to follow instructions Taking medications that affect balance Cardio-respiratory disorders Suffering from neurological diseases such as numbness or tremors Having had an injury or surgery to the lower extremities or knee arthroscopy
