Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Number of lentigo macules. Timepoint: Clinical examination and high-resolution digital photography will be used at time 0, before each carboxytherapy session (weeks 2 to 8), and two weeks after the last session to evaluate the outcomes. Patients will be monitored for three months from enrollment. Method of measurement: through digital image analysis across different sessions and recorded by the student.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The overall improvement score of solar lentigines is assessed based on a standardized scoring system. Timepoint: The overall improvement score of lentigo is measured from the second session onward and two weeks after the last treatment session?. Method of measurement: The overall improvement score of lentigo is measured using a numerical grading scale (0 to 6), which determines the extent of improvement or worsening of lesions.
