Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female high school students Written consent from both the participant and her parents to participate in the research No simultaneous participation in other educational or therapeutic interventions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Visual or hearing impairments Significant psychological disorders; physical disabilities that interfere with the student's performance Any illness or hormonal disorders such as hypothyroidism or polycystic ovary syndrome

| Emotion control. Timepoint: Before intervention - One week after intervention - Three months after intervention. Method of measurement: An instrument that measures the degree to which individuals control their emotions. This scale was developed by Silver et al. (1991). This questionnaire consists of 42 questions and aims to assess the ability to control emotions and its subscales (anger, depressed mood, anxiety, and positive affect).;Frustration tolerance. Timepoint: Before intervention - One week after intervention - Three months after intervention. Method of measurement: Harrington Questionnaire.;Academic well-being. Timepoint: Before intervention - One week after intervention - Three months after intervention. Method of measurement: Tommene- Swini et al ,(2011) academic well-being questionnnaire.;Perceived stress. Timepoint: Before intervention - One week after intervention - Three months after intervention. Method of measurement: The Perceived Stress Scale, developed by Cohen et al. in 1983, measures the extent to which a subject's life is unpredictable, uncontrollable, and difficult to perceive. | — |
