Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with skeletal class 3 deformity patients with BMI of 19 to 25
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with history of trauma to the face patients with asymmetric jaw relation patients with cleft palate and lip patients with the history of buccal fat pad removal due to aesthetic reasons

| Anteroposterior differences, in millimeters, of facial soft tissue points in the paranasal region. Timepoint: pre op, 3 months and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Soft tissue points, determined reproducibly based on facial anatomical landmarks, are analyzed in the STL files obtained from patient facial scans using Geomagic Control software. The anteroposterior differences of these points are then determined. | — |
