Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective patients who require cesarean section Patient who will undergo Spinal anesthesia Grade I, II Patients according to classification of the American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) without any comorbidities Patients with single fetus according to ultrasound report

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have history of any allergy to ondansetron or phenylephrine History of pulmonary disease, cardiac disease, and upper respiratory disease Diabetes mellitus Patients scheduled for morbid obesity

MeasureTime frame
Hypotension requiring ephedrine. Timepoint: throughout the surgery. Method of measurement: A decrease in diastolic blood pressure to less than 80 mg/Hg or the appearance of symptoms of nausea and vomiting with Glamour Arm Blood Pressure Monitor Model TMB-1018 NEW.
