Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients between the age-group 4 years and 8 years Children who visit the pediatric department of Tehran Islamic Azad Dental University in 2025 All of these children require pulpectomy on 2 identical primary molars in the same jaw. Characteristics of the teeth studied: necrotic pulp, symptoms of irreversible pulpitis, radiolucencies in the periapical or furcation region,2/3rd of the root remaining , cooperating children according to Frankl's classification No 3 and 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Teeth showing one or more of the following were excluded from the study: swelling, excessive mobility, cellulitis, perforated pulp chamber, presence of internal resorption in the tooth. Those who had a systemic diseases or special care needs Uncooperative children according to Frankl's classification 1 and 2
