Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 40 years A score higher than 60 on the Liebowitz social anxiety scale (LSAS) A score higher than 34 on the social interaction anxiety scale Informed consent and voluntary participation in treatment sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Substance and drug use Receiving other therapeutic interventions while conducting the present study
