Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 40 years Having a course unit in the second semester of the academic year 1403-1404 A score higher than 66 on the Standard Problematic Internet Use Questionnaire Informed consent and voluntary participation in treatment sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a psychological disorder as diagnosed by a clinical psychologist using the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 Disorders (SCID-5) substance and drug use receiving other therapeutic interventions while conducting the present study
