Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female gender Age range 45-65 years Having clinical criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee of the American College of Rheumatology Having a score of 112 in the radiography criteria of Kellgren and Lawrence Having a minimum score of 4 (from zero to 10) on the visual analog scale (VAS) for pain intensity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of knee surgery Fracture in the lower limb Receiving an intervention that can affect the relationship between pain and inflammation (such as drug therapy) Receiving other exercise or nutritional treatments Having inflammatory joint diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis) Having neuromuscular diseases (Parkinson's, MS, etc.) Having cardiovascular disease Vestibular disorder, uncorrected visual impairment Using any other type of therapeutic intervention during the period when the subjects are in the course of the study
