Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female gender Age range 45-65 years Having clinical criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee of the American College of Rheumatology Having a score of 112 in the radiography criteria of Kellgren and Lawrence Having a minimum score of 4 (from zero to 10) on the visual analog scale (VAS) for pain intensity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of knee surgery Fracture in the lower limb Receiving an intervention that can affect the relationship between pain and inflammation (such as drug therapy) Receiving other exercise or nutritional treatments Having inflammatory joint diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis) Having neuromuscular diseases (Parkinson's, MS, etc.) Having cardiovascular disease Vestibular disorder, uncorrected visual impairment Using any other type of therapeutic intervention during the period when the subjects are in the course of the study

Pain intensity. Timepoint: Measurement of pain intensity at the beginning of the study and 8 weeks after the start and end of interventions. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale (VAS).;Gait pattern. Timepoint: Measuring the pattern of walking at the baseline and 8 weeks after the interventions. Method of measurement: PT-Scan device.;Postural control. Timepoint: Measurement of postural control at the baseline and 8 weeks after the interventions. Method of measurement: Tecnobody device.;Cognitive function. Timepoint: Measurement of postural control at the baseline and 8 weeks after the interventions. Method of measurement: Montreal Cognitive Assessment or The MoCA Test.
