Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with keloids referred to Razi Hospital who have at least 3 keloids lesions Keloid lesions are between 1 and 4 centimeters in size and have a maximum thickness of one centimeter.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Keloids have not been treated before.

| Vancouver Clinical Scoring System for Scars. Timepoint: Lesions are scored at each visit based on the Vancouver system (0-month 1-month 2-month 3) and compared at the end of the study. Method of measurement: This system has a score of 0 to 13, as follows: Pigmentation (0-2) Normal 0, Hypopigmentation 1, Hyperpigmentation 2Veins (0-3) Normal 0, Pink 1, Red 2, Purple 3Flexibility (0-5) Normal 0, Supple 1, Yielding 2, Firm 3, Banding 4, Contracture 5Thickness (0-3) Normal (Flat) 0, -2 mm 1, 2-5 mm 2, >5 mm 3.;Pain.
