Intervention 1: Intervention group: injection of botulinum toxin(Each 500-unit vial of Masport is diluted with 5 cc of normal saline and then 3 units of Masport are injected per centimeter of melasma

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: melasma on both cheeks with symmetrical distribution

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sensitivity to botulinum toxin use of lightening creams in the last 3 months pregnancy Lactation

Melasma Area and Severity Index (MASI). Timepoint: before intervention, 2 weeks later and 3 months later. Method of measurement: Melasma Area and Severity Index (MASI). A, Area; D, darkness, H, homogeneity; L, left, R, right. The total score range is 0 to 48.
