Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People aged 15-65 suffering from Chronic otitis media with inflammation of the middle ear mucosa and their perforation rate is above 50% and refer to the Otolaryngology Clinic of Baqiyatullah Hospital in Tehran.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have polyps and granulation presence of cholesteatoma in the middle ear presence of acute infectious symptoms diabetes immunodeficiency history of previous surgery

MeasureTime frame
Tympanic membrane repair. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 1 months after surgical treatment. Method of measurement: Examination with an otoscope.;Speech Reception Threshold. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 3 months after surgical treatment. Method of measurement: Audiometry.;Air Conduction. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 3 months after surgical treatment. Method of measurement: Audiometry.
