Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who are candidates for painless labor visiting Sina Rezaei Ashtiani Hospital in Arak All patients who are candidates for painless labor within the age range of 15 to 50 years All patients who are Nulliparous Patients without a history of abortion No sensitivity to Bupivacaine and Ropivacaine Having informed consent for painless labor and participation in the mentioned study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients in whom painless labor has failed The occurrence of sensitivity to Bupivacaine and Ropivacaine. The occurrence of seizures during painless labor. The occurrence of total spinal symptoms during painless labor All patients who experience apnea during painless labor and require respiratory support

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain-free labor management. Timepoint: After the completion of the second stage of labor. Method of measurement: Questionnaire and recording of vital signs, Apgar score.
