Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses with a bachelor's degree in nursing Nurses who have worked in the neonatal intensive care unit for at least one month (because they have received minimum basic training)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who have been working in the intensive care unit for less than a month
